2021 Goat Format World Championship Sign-Ups

If you have qualified for the 2021 Goat Format World Championship please complete the following form. The 2021 Goat Format World Championship will be held from October 23-24th with a $1000 prize for first plat as well as a championship belt, and playmat.

If you are currently qualified for the 2021 Goat Format World Championship you have two weeks from today's date to fill out the following form in order to enter the 2021 Goat Format World Championship.
