Hello just wondering if you have the extra decks for these decks as well? I can see the first place winner has cyberstein in his side, it doesn’t make much sense to side that in if you don’t have anything from the extra to pull out

In this format you can play 3 copies of every extra deck card. Upper Deck did not enforce an extra deck limit like the one we use today in modern formats.

As for common Cyber-stein targets, I'm not sure. I've seen Master of Oz used as a pure beat stick, but there could be other useful targets as well.
