How did you prepare for today's event? Did you practice with a specific person or team?
I mainly trained live with my best friend who's been playing Yu-Gi-Oh! since 2005, Michele Cimmino. I also tested a lot on Duelingbook in the last few weeks after the 3v3 defeat with another friend, Angelo Panico, and to be honest, I must thank him.

What deck did you play today and why?
I played a Chaos Control deck with a lot of one-of cards. In my mind, I wanted to have the solution to the many various game situations that could be created. I chose the Control version because I love it. It is technical and I was expecting many Warrior decks, and I think that's the best matchup I can have.

What decks or players were you looking forward to playing against?
I don't know many players, just some Italian ones. Regarding the decks, for sure I was hoping to find many
Warriors or Reasoning players for the favorable matchups.

What decks or players were you NOT looking forward to playing against?
Panda and Burn Decks in general. If played Scapegoat it could have been a carnage.

What card had been overperforming for you today?
Card Destruction for sure. I won five games with CD. In the finals, too. Just an anecdote; in the final on the third game, after taking it from the graveyard, I drew two consecutive chaos monsters and couldn't use it again.

What has been your favorite moment of the event so far?
In terms of play, the fourth match was my favorite. I started losing the first game, and on the third my opponent started with Pot and Delinquent. It was a really good victory.

In terms of the tournament I just want to thank all of you for your availability, organization and your hard work to allow us to play and have fun... thanks thanks thanks!!!

If you could go back, what (if any) changes would you would make to your deck today?
In my opinion, I think I can play without the Torrential Tribute. A good opponent can read it and in any case, my always having monsters on the ground makes it really hard for me to find the right moment to play it. I was thinking of adding a monster, but I don't know which one yet.

A lot of Chaos Warrior and Chaos Turbo decks.

Spirt Reaper and Blade Knight were both MVP.

How did you prepare for today's event? Did you practice with a specific person or team?
I practiced with TeamChaos19.

What deck did you play today and why?
Chaos Warriors (Basically LaBounty's deck so shoutout to him).

What decks or players were you looking forward to playing against?
All meta decks.

What decks or players were you NOT looking forward to playing against?
The mirror match.

What card had been overperforming for you today?
Trap Dustshoot.
What has been your favorite moment of the event so far?
I was going to get 2-0'd but I top-decked Magic Cylinder to steal game Two and later won the match.

If you could go back, what (if any) changes would you would make to your deck today?
I would change Tribe and the Wabokus and probably side Bottomless or something for the mirror match.

Skinny

How did you prepare for today's event? Did you practice with a specific person or team?
I did not practice with any specific person or team. Instead, I played with multiple decks in rated to practice.

What deck did you play today and why?
I decided the Stun Aggro deck was my best option because it has the potential to stop a lot of the decks in the format, like Goat Control or Chaos Turbo, and it was the one I had the most fun playing with at the moment.

What decks or players were you looking forward to playing against?
I was looking forward to playing against Goat Control, Chaos Turbo, Warrior, or any other aggro deck. The reason I wanted to play decks that I can counter is because I can counter them, yes,  but

also to see how they would deal with the deck at a more competitive level than rated. I wanted to play against the other decks simply to see what I could use to better my chances against them.

What decks or players were you NOT looking forward to playing against?
I was not looking forward to playing against any Gate/Reasoning combo deck because they can steal wins out of nowhere. I was also not looking forward to playing against any Rescue Cat burn decks for the same reason, but I do have more ways to stop them then the former. I was not looking forward to playing against the player Don't Copy because I was intimidated by his high EXP combined with the fact that I've only been playing Goat for a couple months now and I've seen him play before. Luckily, I won my match against him.

What card had been overperforming for you today?
King Tiger Wanghu Is the best card in the deck because it stops a lot of decks in the format, especially when combined with light of intervention, which is what happened in the tournament. Another good mention is Blade Knight, as he was my most powerful card in terms of attack.

What has been your favorite moment of the event so far?
My favorite moment was when I lost in top four because I thought that only the top three would get an invite to the Goat World Championship, and I thought I fell just short. Then, I found out top four got invites and was happy to have gotten that. I will say on another note that even thought I did not win the tournament, I was happy with my performance.

If you could go back, what (if any) changes would you would make to your deck today?
To be honest, the only change I would make is take out the three Dekoichi in place of three Cipher Soldier to have a better chance against Warrior. Other than that, I would keep the deck the same.
