How did you prepare for today's event? Did you practice with a specific person or team?
I started playing Goat two days before the tournament. I played with my close friends Becker and Justin. They helped me get and idea of the metagame, as well as develop my deck and strategy. Together, we are part of Team Mightastic, and have reunited after many years. Special shoutout to Firat from Olibaba Games! You can find his shop on cardmarket.eu. He is now selling me good Goat stuff for cheap prices, so I can attend offline events as well. This tournament was just the start of me to playing Yu-gi-oh! again.

What deck did you play today and why?
I played Becker's Kycoo Madness. Basically, it's a Chaos Turbo deck with three Kycoo in main as a good meta call. They are decent in a lot of match-ups and I consider Chaos Turbo to be the most consistent deck, actually.

What decks or players were you looking forward to playing against?
I was looking forward to a match with any worthy opponent who was looking out for a good duel.

What decks or players were you NOT looking forward to playing against?
I don`t fear anyone. I just felt nervous about the fact that my energy was going out, but thanks to Olibaba Gaming my stocks of energy were refilled every time I needed it.

What card had been overperforming for you today?
There were many cards that I would consider MVPs today. I would say that Solemn Judgement and Kycoo won me a lot of matches.

What has been your favorite moment of the event so far?
Speed-running Finals like crazy. Was on like 10 Energies at 4 AM. I drew like Atem himself; just getting visions of old Egypt.

If you could go back, what (if any) changes would you would make to your deck today?
Never change a running system!

Sdlkilla

How did you prepare for today's event? Did you practice with a specific person or team?
Yeah practiced with team Rampage online, as well as team Nightmare.

What deck did you play today and why?
Warrior because I think it’s consistent.

What decks or players were you looking forward to playing against?
The mirror match and Chaos Thunder.

What decks or players were you NOT looking forward to playing against?
First Turn Kill decks.

What card had been overperforming for you today?
Asura Priest

Less Monsters

How did you prepare for today's event? Did you practice with a specific person or team?
Honestly my brother (Delinkquent) convinced me to participate shortly before the tournament started , so I didn't really practice at all. However, I had good success with a similar deck a while ago so I went with this one again.

What deck did you play today and why?

I played Reasoning Gate Turbo because, in my opinion, it's one of the strongest decks in the format. It can have explosive wins in a slow format, but it can also win with moderate pressure.

What decks or players were you looking forward to playing against?
In general, I'd say that slow decks like Goat Control are a favorable match-up for me.

What decks or players were you NOT looking forward to playing against?
I don't like playing against non-interactive decks like Library FTK or Burn. In the tournament, I didn't want to face my brother (which happened) because it meant an obvious loss for one of us.

What card had been overperforming for you today?
This is a boring answer, but triple Scapegoat is what pushed the deck over the top. The stall plus fodder for Monster Gate was often really helpful.

What has been your favorite moment of the event so far?

I think when I realized that I was already in Top four. I didn't follow the exact standings and thought I was one or two wins off. In the games themselves, there was a funny situation with an opponent activating D.D. Designator announcing Dimension Fusion while I was holding two copies in hand. By ruling only one of them was banished.

If you could go back, what (if any) changes would you would make to your deck today?
I forgot to add a Cyber-Stein to the side deck. It would've made way more sense than Kycoo.

How did you prepare for today's event? Did you practice with a specific person or team?
I did not prepare too much.

What deck did you play today and why?
Thunder Dragon Chaos Control. This was my first attempt at a serious deck for a Goat Format tournament. The deck was focused on being able to discard okay. Also, I didn't put a lot of thought into the side deck, but I thought Token Thanksgiving would be hilarious. (Editors Note: It was)

What decks or players were you looking forward to playing against?
TKGriffiths, but I don't know if he plays tournaments. I just prefer not to have to play versus alternate win decks.

What decks or players were you NOT looking forward to playing against?
Library FTK, Burn, and Stall decks.

What card had been overperforming for you today?
Gravekeeper's Spy saved me hard. Mobius saved the day for me, too.

What has been your favorite moment of the event so far?
Lol. Probably playing Tokens Thanksgiving and gaining 6400 life points. I lost that match, but I was already satisfied.

If you could go back, what (if any) changes would you would make to your deck today?
I would probably only make changes to my side. Probably need to side better against Reasoning Gate and Library.
