He set a monster, then ended his turn. Robert was looking pretty good with four cards in hand to Osman’s one, but the Thousand-Eyes Restrict on the field was rather worrisome. Osman set a card to each zone and passed, and Robert attacked the monster revealing Sangan. Osman fetched out Magician of Faith with Sangan’s effect, and Robert ended his turn. Osman set his Magician, but Robert simply passed his turn. Osman was forced to flip it himself and he did so to return Pot of Greed to his hand. He played it, then summoned Tsukuyomi to flip his Magician down. He set two more cards and passed his turn. Robert played Graceful Charity, discarding Sinister Serpent and Dust Tornado. He decided to try to attack the Magician, but he was stopped by Magic Cylinder. He set one more monster and ended his turn. Osman flipped his Magician again to get Pot of Greed for a third time, then played Nobleman of Crossout to rid the field of Robert’s face down Magician of Faith. Osman flipped his Magician of Faith, this time fetching Nobleman of Crossout. He played it, removing Robert’s Sangan from the field then finished by summoning Tsukuyomi once more and flipping down the Magician. Robert decided to try out the “setting cards I might play in front of me” strategy, but decided to end his turn instead of playing anything. Robert got back his Pot of Greed for the fourth time, but still couldn’t draw the mystery card he needed to win. He summoned Tsukuyomi again, and again the Magician went face down. At the end of the turn, he discarded King Tiger Wanghu, Spirit Reaper, and D. D. Warrior Lady. Robert had no play, so he discarded Serpent and ended. Osman flipped Magician of Faith for his fifth Pot of Greed, and played it. He followed it up with Delinquent Duo discarding Robert’s Premature Burial. Robert dropped Snatch Steal again, a move that may have cost him the previous game, and Osman summoned Tsukuyomi to flip down his Magician. At the end of the turn, he discarded Spell Canceller and Scapegoat. Robert filled his last spell and trap slot and passed over to Osman, who flipped Magician of Faith and played Pot of Greed for a sixth time. Osman finally decided to reveal his master plan, and rued the fact that he had not yet drawn Premature Burial. He decided to go for it anyway and played Heavy Storm. Robert chained Book of Moon to save his Virus and Scapegoat to try and save his lifepoints. However, Osman had his own Tribe-Infecting Virus, and the Sheep token met a nasty end. Osman then removed a Light and a Dark monster for Black Luster Soldier – Envoy of the Beginning, which attacked twice, and when added to the other monsters’ attacks, amounted to 5900 damage. Not quite enough to take out Robert, but his Ring of Destruction on Tribe-Infecting Virus in the draw phase was. “This one’s for Rhymus!” said Osman as he claimed the last Cyber-Stein for his team.
