What you all have been waiting for, the Goat Format World Championship Top 8 Decklist! Look for future coverage of this event, including every deck list and video of every match played in the event. For now you can check out a replay of our stream on YouTube.

The World Championships are almost here. They will be taking place this Saturday October 24th. All registered participants will have from 7:00pm Eastern Friday October 23rd until 10:00am Saturday October 24th to submit their deck list. 

The list of the 50 participants who have signed up can be found here. No player will be added to the tournament bracket until their deck list has been submitted.

To submit deck list tournament participants must log onto the goatformat.com Discord, and use the command !join in the #world-championship section of our Discord. 

The World Championships will then begin at 10:00am Eastern (Saturday October 24th)

It has been 15 years since the original Goat Format World Championship, or for any invitational Goat Format tournament of any kind. This October GoatFormat.com will be hosting the Goat Format World Championship tournament. All finalist from the Goat Format Championship series are qualified for this event. In addition to those who have qualified from their GFC placements we have researched recent history of high level Goat Format events and the winners from those events are qualified. Lastly we have the legacy invitation, all players who made Top 8 in Shonen Jump Championship or National Championship during the Goat Format era are qualified this event. Invites can still be earned by competing in Goat Format Championship Series tournaments.
