The list is nice, but I was looking to get a lot of cards to play with friends in person. Do you have a list of acceptable boosters or suggestions on getting a lot of cards cheaply?

On another note, do you have a list of games that use this format? Like games released for the GBA or PC?

I found the most success just looking on Kijiji and eBay for people who are looking to get rid of their old cards. I found one guy who had 100 cards from the goat format for 15$ now I have the core for a bunch of goat decks!

Isn't needle ceiling legal in goat format ?

It was my tech choice in pacman at the time. People used to call me "Des lacooda" ahah

I would say it is not legal because its the same release as the other tins, plus the set after it (cybernetic revolution) is also not considered to be legal in goat format.

Lol, how did you guys manage to forget to put every single cyber card on the list? Cybernetic Revolution literally marked the beginning of goat format and Cyber Dragon is one of the most iconic card, but it's not on the list of cards nor are its fusions.

All cards before Cybernetic Revolution and the 2005 tins with Exarion Universe are legal as long as they are not on the banned list of that time.

Limited mean 1 copy per deck is premitted, semi-limited means 2 copies per deck.

I have a question about cards that would not change the meta of Goat format but add to it. Cards like Mystical Sand have recently been printed for the first time since the tcg has existed, but the OCG saw this cards before 2000. Would it be legal to have cards like Mystical Sand as a fusion in the format considering they do not change major strategies in the format but rather compliment rudimentary summonings (by adding more content to the available list of cards)? I know in America we never saw fusion cards like Rarefish, Mystical Sand or Rose Specter of Dunn being physically printed but out video games that followed the TCG like duelist of the rose, forbidden memories and all the Gameboy/Gameboy Advance games did.

Tengo entendido que es hasta Cyberbetic Revolution, de esta expansión en adelante no puedes jugar esas cartas, pero antes de esta expansión para atrás si, aunque haya una polémica con una serie de tins dónde salía Rocket Warrior, que decían que salieron algo así tipo, ilegal y antes de tiempo y por eso de salir de esa forma, no se consideran goat.

I like this format, but the sad part is that some of my favorite card are almost a year newer, like Marshmallon, Cyber Dragon, Drillroid and Submarindroid. I loved them.

I would love that the cut was just before the 5Ds anime and the synchros
