Just going to address each issue individually.
The claim for my own deck, I don't see the issue with pile shuffling my sideboard apart from each other if I shuffle after but if that's a problem I don't mind simply not doing that in the future.

As for the three claims of looking at the bottom card to shuffle to the top, I can't really argue that the angle doesnt look bad but im not really going out of my way to not look suspicious when im not doing anything wrong. So, the main issue being brought to me is the game 1 turns 1-3. James opens warrior lady/assailant, rota, cold wave, MST, graceful. Even without counting graceful this hand just isn't something people would stack, let alone stacking 5 from the amount of shuffling I did being impossible. If I stacked that hand I likely wouldnt dustshoot when I did unless im both stacking and playing to create a defense for myself. I also wouldn't stack a giant rat, I just didn't know what the bottom card was. If I know the matchup I know that is a card he would want to draw, if I don't know the matchup I probably wouldn't give him an earth monster to discard. In general if I was to stack only 3 times in a match it probably wouldnt be when I know a graceful is in hand from a dustshoot.

I get I was careless in how I was shuffling and why the conclusion to suspend/ban me happened. All I can really say is I just didnt look at the bottom card which is the main factor as shuffling bottom to top isn't a problem if you don't know the bottom card. I have always shuffled cards from bottom to top as they are the least likely to naturally shuffle to the top so stackers won't place cards there, its always been an anti-stacking measure to prevent myself from being cheated.

If I get some benefit of the doubt here I don't mind playing under some stipulation, I wouldnt mind judge shuffles for a period of time or playing exclusively on feature. I've played so many events on stream and never had an issue, if I was cheating I wouldnt start in the swiss rounds of an event that 25% of the room tops. From the opening hand to cards he later draws even if I was a cheater none of these instances make sense for me to create. Either way I don't plan to play online, community opinion seems pretty made up on me and I found the community pretty toxic before this. Im just trying to play GGP's freely to get my worlds invite.

I would like to appeal my GF.com suspension early, or at least appeal to be in better standings as I am working to host large in person goal events and would love to have some be Grand Prixs.

To explain my shuffle pattern in a simpler way, shuffling the randomized bottom cards from bottom to top is a pretty well known counter stack method. People cut one picking up the majority of the deck to put to the bottom, its the same principle. The reason I don't simply cut is because after the first cut a cheater would adjust. The giant rat that went to the top of James's deck was not a card I knew of, I would appreciate the footage of that moment being looked at again. I get the camera angle might not look good, but the shuffle is only a problem if I looked at the giant rat which would be cheating itself.

I also don't think the situation would make much sense to do as well. I believe its much more likely to believe a bad camera angle (overhead, not eye level) than it is to accuse a player with 0 cheating allegations over 10+ years in the TCG community of stacking a card that is good for James to draw while I also had knowledge of graceful in his hand from my trap dustshoot. If I stacked his hand I would have also held the dustshoot as he opened ROTA and Graceful. Additionally, even if all of that isn't compelling and im just so inexperienced in Goat format that I think the giant rat is a bad draw, then I would believe it to be discarded off Graceful Charity which is an earth banish for Gigantes, a very problematic card for warrior especially if I use my ring/battle traps to deal with the giant rat. Lastly, if I was to stack I can promise it wouldn't be on a livestream while I had an active OTS application pending.

I looked over the footage a few more times, I understand why the decision for suspension was made even though I do wish it was discussed with me prior to a decision being made. I absolutely stick to my innocence claim but I understand how even a suspicious moment like that can hurt the brand/formats reputation. After discussions with long time goat format players ive decided to just call a judge for final shuffles and plan to make a conscious effort to keep my opponent's deck face down while shuffling. I have never had any intention in this format other than to help it grow, this appeal is more in hopes to repair my name and hopefully work with GF.com in the future than just to simply be eligible for worlds.
