Goat Format Championship 13

L'Italia s'è desta! Italy has been known for years as the Goat capital of the world, housing the reigning World Champion as well as the most competitive paper tournaments in the community. But there was never an Italian Goat Format Champion -- that is, until today. Giovanni "Artsone" Esposito has brought home the gold for the motherland after another action-packed GFC! In a bracket full of upsets, Esposito navigated his way through a field of resurgent Chaos Warrior and Chaos Control decks all the way to Grand Finals, where he faced a red-hot Saad "To0fresh" Ramadan. It came down to the wire, but in the end, Chaos Control emerged victorious, and Esposito had become Italy's first-ever Goat Format Champion! Congratulations again to all of our Top 4 competitors for having earned their seats at this year's World Championship, and stay tuned for GFC 14 coming up in just a matter of weeks!
