Overview
Red Eyes Black Dragon calls forth Joey Wheeler's favorite monster for some Inferno Fireblast action. Similar to Blue Eye's Kaibaman, Black Dragon's Chick is typically how Red Eyes finds his way to the field. Cyber-Stein and Fusilier Dragon, the Dual-Mode Beast (paired with Metamorphosis) special summoning King Dragun is another popular method. Often all three are played together for maximum consistency.
With Chick being both a dragon and a Dark monster, Red Eyes players have two options in recruiters: Mystic Tomato and Masked Dragon. Tomato has the added benefit of also finding Cyber-Stein, which is why the plant is the most common choice. Masked Dragon, however, improves dragon count for cards like Stamping Destruction. The deck has trouble obtaining a proper Light count to justify Black Luster Solder, but Masked Dragon helps with this, too, as if can search our Element Dragon.
Unlike Blue Eyes' Kiabaman, Chick is also a one-star monster. This means Metamorphosis plays double duty in the deck by also cheating Thousand Eyes Restrict (TER) into play. Though it can be difficult for the Red Eyes player to destroy their own TER when the time comes, so lists which include this as a primary game plan are built accordingly.

Deck List
A Tomato list, Newdoria is an additional search target that removes problem threats. Mirage Dragon keeps the beatdown plan alive by negating battle traps, and is key to preventing a Mirror Force blowout specifically. It's also summoned through King Dragun to make swings even bigger. Kycoo stops Chaos in its tracks, and Sangan searches for either Stein or Chick in most cases.

Additional Card Options
If trying to squeeze in Light monsters, players will usually opt for Asura Priest (to deal with goats) or D.D. Warrior Lady. Double Coston has decent stats, and makes tribute summoning Red Eyes more manageable.
Creature Swap always goes well with recruiters, but can also trade away extra Chicks or used-up Steins. Some players will use it with Scapegoat, which also has synergy with Metemorphosis and Tribute Doll.
Protection cards like My Body as a Shield and Solemn Judgement are always welcome in decks that focus on single, large boss monsters. However, their large life point costs makes it awkward to play them alongside Cyber-Stein.
