Overview

Picture
Paladin of White Dragon summons the titular ritual monster using the ritual floaters Maju of the The Thousand Hands, Senju of the Thousand Hands, and Sonic Bird to search up the pieces. From there, it bullies face down monsters until it feels comfortable bringing out big Blue-Eyes himself.

Tsukuyomi is a popular support monster, abusing Magician of Faith's effect, and recycling flip summons on the ritual searchers for maximum value. Dekoichi is also commonly seen for the same reasons. With so many floaters giving the Paladin deck extra cards, effects which requiring discarding as a cost, like Raigeki Break and Lightning Vortex, are often played.

Deck List

Book of Moon and Tsukuyomi do work recycling Faith, Dekoichi, and Manju. Sakuretsu Armor keeps them alive, and makes room for some early aggression. Once Paladin in summoned, Solemn protects him and his mount. A clean divide of Lights and Darks gives Black Luster Soldier a chance to make an appearance, too.

With so many Light monsters hanging around, Soul of Purity and Light is a frequent contender for deck slots. Thunder Dragon pairs well with her, as well as Card Destruction and other discard effects played.

Giant Trunade is sometimes run in order to help Blue Eyes dish out damage safely. Fulfillment of the Contract has great synergy with it, too, because you can pop Paladin to find Blue Eyes, Contract him back, Giant Trunade, then do it again!
