Necromancer OTK
Overview

Necromancer OTK is a graveyard-based combo deck. It uses an extremely restrictive deck-building philosophy in which all but one or two cards will be monsters. This way, Magical Merchant will mill the most monsters possible, making Chaos Necromancer as large as it can as fast as it can. Typically, one of the only non-monster cards in the deck will be Opti-Camouflage Armor, which allows Necromancer to ignore enemy monsters and attack the opponent directly. If all has gone according to plan, enough monsters will be in the graveyard (26-27 if the opponent is at full health) that this attack will be a one-hit kill.
The rest of the deck is usually a set of recruiters that thing the deck and give some interaction. Necromancer is a valid Mystic Tomato target, so it's almost always played. Nimble Momanga, Howling Insect, Pyramid Turtle and more are all viable and could see play in the strategy for their own reasons.

Deck List
In order to minimize the reliance on Necromancer and make the deck less of a one-trick pony, a few key recruiter choices were made. An Apprentice Magician package has been included to search out Hand of Nephthys, which summons the Sacred Phoenix, a powerful win condition separate that of Necromancer. Old Vindictive Magician is another Apprentice target that kills off pesky monsters.
Pyramid Turtle finds Ryu Kokki and Shadow Ghoul, additional secondary win conditions. Though not as powerful as Phoenix, they gets the job done, and can each deal with opposing Black Luster Soldiers, depending. Spirit Reaper also stalls for combo pieces.
Mirage Dragon and Pitch-Dark Warwolf keep battle traps from ruining an otherwise game-ending attack. They also make early aggression more viable.
Should the game be slow enough, Tsukuyomi combos with assailant or merchant well. She also answers Thousand Eyes Restrict.

Additional Card Options
Any recruiter not previously mentioned could be included. Gravekeeper's Spy and Bubonic Vermin are both flip recruiters that pair well with Assailant and Spear Cretin. Hyena and Nimble Momanga are both found with Giant Rat and fill the field fast than traditional recruiters.
A fiend-heavy version of the deck is possible with cards like Giant Germ, Newdoria, Spear Cretin, and Kuriboh. Dark Necrofear is then a viable inclusion, though summoning it reduces the graveyard count for Necromancer. Spear Cretin can be infinitely looped with another Cretin for a near-impenetrable defense.
