Overview

Picture
Master Monk uses its namesake monster alongside Monk Fighter and their various support cards. Lone Wolf is the most powerful of these cards, as it protects the Monk monsters from chaos banish effects, as well as Thousand-Eyes Restrict. Kaminote Blow is a pseudo removal spell that is most effective when Lone Wolf is in play, and Legendary Black Belt helps to dish out extra damage against defensive foes.

With each Monk monster being both Earth and rock, support for each is usually played. Giant Rat searches out Monk Fighter and the less-commonly played Chu-Ske the Mouse Fighter. Gigantes makes great use of Rat or a tributed Monk Fighter, and increases the deck's ability to special summon multiple monsters to the field in a single turn.

On the Rock side of things, Megarock Dragon will sometimes make an appearance. Its inclusion creates a deckbuilding restriction, though, limiting viable monster choices.

Deck List

Berserk Gorilla is included here because of the Earth attribute and general aggressive nature of the deck. Almost everything here hits hard, and with Giant Rat as a floater and two monsters which can special summon themselves, the deck has the potential for some explosive turns.
