Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi
Overview
Hino-Kagu Tsuchi summons the pyro spirit by any means necessary, smacking the opponent and discarding their entire hand to the graveyard. The hope is that with such a large swing in card advantage, the deck can then push through to victory before the opponent can recover.
Many different methods are used to summon Hino-Kagu more easily. The most common, though, is through Flame Ruler, which counts are two tributes for a tribute summon. With 1500 ATK, ruler is a legal search target for UFO Turtle, adding consistency to the deck.
In order to both get the most out of Hino's swing, and make it more likely to succeed, bounce effects are typically played as well. Giant Trunade is the strongest, but Compulsory Evacuation Device, and monsters like Penguin Soldier are also played.

Deck List
Gravekeeper's Spy is used here as an easy way to fill the board with tribute fodder, or to go on the offensive after a successful Hino-Kagu hit. As mentioned previously, multiple bounce effects are used to make the hit more game-breaking.

Additional Card Options
Some versions of the deck play a D.D. Scout Plane + Strike Ninja package instead of Flame Ruler. In these lists, D.D. Scout Plane is the tribute fodder of choice, easily special summoned through Strike Ninja's ability.
Emissary of the Afterlife can also see play as a tribute for Hino-Kagu. Its sacrifice does not end in a loss of card advantage, and the resulting Sonic Duck is a decent threat for putting on the pressure after Hino hits.
Big Bang Shot, Brain Control, Enemy Controller, and others are all used to ensure Hino lands his punches. Brain Control can also produce tribute fodder for the small cost of 800 life points.
