Once again, the Goat Grand Prix in Philadelphia brought out many of the top duelist in the Goat Format scene. Hot off of his Top 4 finish at last year's World Championship, Dmitry "InsiDS" Summovskity played host to a field of heavy hitters including Joshua "Wen-Ordo" Alicea, James "James arc" Johnson , Bobby "Bobby Buckets" Lopez and Anthony Alvarado to name a few. Even GoatFormat.com's own Nick "Skully" Palermo took a break from organizing to play in the event!
But when the dust settled, two Goat Format all-stars battled it out in the finals in a Chaos Turbo mirror match! Carl "Prowaite" Waite was victorious over Chris Ivan "John Wick" Flores, punching his ticket to the 2023 Goat Format World Championship. We once again would like to The Garden of Earthly Delights and their staff for hosting another awesome event! Congratulations to Carl Waite, our Goat Grand Prix Philadelphia Champion! |
