Goat Grand Prix New England

The dust has settled in New England, and Chris Pittao is our first two-time Goat Grand Prix Champion!

Yet another stacked Grand Prix top cut saw the return of Shonen Jump Champion Jonathan Labounty as well as the breakout performance of long-time grinder Tyler "Shaggypowers" Veinot. But from start to finish, it was the Pittao show all night long, as the Canadian vet wielded the latest incarnation of his finely-tuned Chaos Turbo deck and tore through the field without dropping a match. An undefeated Grand Prix Champion -- that's another first for the history books.

Pittao has spent the year traveling across North America for all of the high-level Goat competition he can get a hold of. Fifth place at Cincinatti, first place at Toronto, then another fifth place at Chicago: the pattern continued at New England, where Pittao has added another championship to his resume. With the World Championship just around the corner, Pittao and his 519 teammates have cemented themselves as the duelists to beat at the most prestigious event of the year. Congratulations again to Pittao and all of our Top 16 competitors!
