Congratulations to Adam Teshuba, our Goat Grand Prix Chicago Champion!
Here at TGS Tinley Park, Teshuba came out on top of the largest field we've seen so far at a North American Grand Prix. Online mainstays like Zach "PopeBum" Bumstead and Mike "FancyDiesel" Warren as well as Grand Prix grinders like Chris Pittao, Shawn Banks and Matthew Campo were out in full force, and the metagame was one to remember: Chaos Turbo returned to the forefront with a bang, with a whopping ten spots in the Top 16! In the end, Teshuba added another title to his incredible 2022 resume, besting his fellow 519 teammate Pittao as well as Warren and Banks on his path to the coveted PS5. With this win, Teshuba will earn a first-round bye at this year's World Championship, and with three major wins on the year, he's practically a shoe-in for Player of the Year. Congratulations again to Teshuba and all of our Top 16 competitors! |
