 Here are the top 4 decks and best performing decks of each Type from the Gym Leader Challenge tournament over at the Goat Format Europe discord (which you can join by clicking HERE). The rules for the tournament dictated that players could only use monsters of a single Type of their choosing, except for Machine-type, Spellcaster-Type, Warrior-type, and with "Rescue Cat", "Gyaku-Gire Panda", and "Tribe-Infecting Virus" banned.

 We have not featured a Strike Ninja deck in our deck techs since Graceless' GFC 17 list. NovaEthos has brought their own innovations to the dark ninja strategy, though, and it seems to be paying off!
 We've featured slump strategies in our deck techs before. However, those decks were closer to something known as RON Control, which blends traditional chaos fundamentals with cards most commonly seen in Empty Jar in order to get the most out of Heavy Slump. Bananakin's list, however, is much closer to their list from GCI Championship 10, which made top 16 in the massive 150 person event.
 140 duelists signed up for 2025's first major event: The Goat Format Championship 23 tournament! This is a stand-out event for spice lovers, and many players decided to bring with them a multitude of interesting and innovative lists. Since the recent domination of the Horus/Stein deck at the PWCQ, dragons seem to be on the minds of many in the format. This includes Jeremy Crespin, who's piloting a Blue-Eyes deck that started the event at 3-0!
